By accessing and using Viyuga, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Viyuga is a comprehensive challenge management platform that enables individuals and organizations to create, manage, and participate in various types of challenges.

• Fitness Challenges: Step counting, distance tracking, and activity-based competitions with fitness tracker integration (Fitbit, Strava)
• Creative Challenges: Art competitions, kolam/rangoli contests, photography challenges, meme competitions, short video/reel challenges
• Learning Challenges: Reading challenges, writing challenges (NaNoWriMo-style), coding streaks, and educational competitions
• Hackathons: Coding competitions with team management, submission tracking, and judging systems
• Custom Challenges: Create your own challenge type with flexible scoring and tracking options

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of Viyuga, you must register for an account.

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You may not share your account or use another person's account without permission

4. User Conduct

When using Viyuga, you agree to:

• Not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Not cheat or manipulate challenge results
• Not harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Not post inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others
• Follow the rules of each challenge you participate in

5. Content Submissions

For challenges requiring content submissions (photos, videos, code, writing, etc.):

• You must own or have rights to all content you submit
• By submitting content, you grant Viyuga a license to display it within the platform
• Challenge administrators may use submissions for judging and display purposes
• You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with all applicable laws

6. Third-Party Integrations

Viyuga integrates with third-party services for certain challenge types:

• Fitness Trackers (Fitbit, Strava): For automatic activity data syncing
• Google Sign-In: For authentication purposes

Use of these integrations is governed by their respective terms of service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Viyuga is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, challenges, or rankings.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the platform. Continued use of Viyuga after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
